Day 1 : Delhi

Arrive Delhi. Assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel

Afternoon combined sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi visiting Qutub Minar, India Gate (War Memorial), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple and driving past President's House, Parliament House and Secretariat Buildings. Also visit Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Overnight at the hotel.

 Day 2 : Delhi - Agra

Morning drive to Agra (204 km approx. 4½ hrs drive).

Afternoon city sightseeing tour visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque and the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit Itmad-ud-Daula's tomb built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father.

Day 3 : Agra - Jaipur

Morning drive to Jaipur (235 km, approx. 5 hrs drive) en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 to commemorate the birth of his son and later abandoned due to scarcity of water. Visit the remains of its fortifications within the city including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hote.

Day 4 : Jaipur

Morning excursion to Amber Fort, the ancient capital of the State until 1728, to see the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal and the Temple of Kali. Ascend on Elephant back, the hill on which the fort is situated.

Afternoon city sightseeing tour. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, was given a color coat of pink a century ago in honor of a visiting Prince. Ever since it has retained that color. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit the Maharaja's City Palace and the Observatory, Albert Hall and Museum, Ram Niwas Gardens; drive past Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 : Jaipur - Mukandgarh

Morning drive to Mukandgarh . (180 km, approx. 4 hrs drive)
On arrival check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Mukandgarh and Mandawa.

Mandawa founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh, and still the home of his descendants, has beautiful frescoes, havelis and mansions. Mandawa Castle houses a collection of armories, ancestral costumes, cannons from 1820, an ancient numismatic collection and many other interesting items preserved in a museum. Both Mandawa and Mukundgarh are renowned for their frescoed mansions which were the traditional homes of India's leading business community. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 : Mukandgarh - Bikaner

Morning drive to Bikaner (210 km, approx. 4½ hrs drive).

Afternoon city sightseeing tour. Bikaner is named after its founder Rao Bikaji, who established the kingdom in 1488. But long before this, the city was a trade centre on the caravan routes from Africa and West Asia. Bikaner's dominant features are rippling sands and abundant sunshine. The city stands on an elevation, enclosed by a 7 km wall which can be entered from 5 gates. Bikaner city is bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing old palaces, temples and a mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh, the fort is distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line of balconies and aerial windows of varying designs. Also visit Lallgarh Palace, Museum, Bhanda Sagar Jain temple and Deshnoke Rat Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 : Bikaner - Jaisalmer

Morning drive to Jaisalmer (333 km, approx. 8 hrs). On arrival check-in at the hotel. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 : Jaisalmer

Morning city sightseeing tour. Throbbing in the heart of the Thar, the burnished sandstone citadel, is an intricately molded wonderland. In place of a barren land, today stands a city of gilded magic. The origins of Jaisalmer go back to the 12th century when Rawal Jaisal abandoned when Rawal Jaisal abandoned his old Fort at Ludarwa and laid the foundation of a new city. Visit the magnificent Fort, the Patwon Ki Haveli (Mansion) and Salim Singh Ki Haveli with their carved balconies and brackets which are supreme examples of Jaisalmer art. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 9 : Jaisalmer - Jodhpur

Morning drive to Jodhpur (287 km, approx. 7 hrs drive).
On arrival check-in at the hotel.

Afternoon city sightseeing tour. Jodhpur, the stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone Hill. Within the Fort visit Moti-Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899 and the art-deco inspired Umaid Bhawan Palace and its Museum. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 : Jodhpur - Mount Abu

Morning drive to Mount Abu (251 km, approx. 6 hrs).
On arrival check-in at the hotel.
Afternoon city sightseeing tour. Mount Abu is set amidst wooded and granite dotted Aravalli Hills at an altitude of 1220 m. Visit the Dilwara Temples built between the 11th and the 13th centuries. They are noted for their intricate carvings in marble which are truly exquisite. The two famous temples in the complex are the Vimal Vaashi and Luna Vaashi. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 : Mount Abu - Udaipur

Morning drive to Udaipur (283 km, approx. 7 hrs drive) en-route visiting Ranakpur. The Jain Temples of Ranakpur built in the 15th century are situated in a lovely valley of the Aravallis. Its surroundings are quiet and picturesque. There are 1444 pillars in the temple and none of them is similar. The magic of light and shade is truly entrancing. The Surya Temple and other Jain temples are side attractions. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

 Day 12 : Udaipur

Morning city sight- seeing tour. Built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Udai Singh, the city has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col. James Todd in his annals. Visit the City Palace Museum, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk Art Museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13 : Udaipur - Delhi

Transfer to airport in time for flight to Delhi. Assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel

Day 14 : Delhi

Transfer to the international airport in time for flight to onward destination.
