DAY 01 ARRIVE DELHI

Arrive Delhi by International flight. Assistance upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Old Delhi - It was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan on the banks of river Yamuna in the early 17th century and was the capital of the Mughal kingdom, Red Fort continue to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India and the last great architectural work of the great Mughal builder. Walk through the dense network of narrow alleys of Chandni Chowk - the shopping centre of Old Delhi. Finally visit the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi - the father of the Nation and Jawahar Lal Nehru - first Prime Minister of the Independent India, which are now parks dedicated to their memory. Overnight.

DAY 02 DELHI
Morning sightseeing tour of New Delhi - Also known as the Lutyen's Delhi, it was the capital of the British Empire and IS a contrast to Old Delhi. Some important sights that come under the area of New Delhi include Qutub Minar - the tallest stone tower in India built in 1199; India Gate - the War Memorial Arch. Drive past the President's Estate and Parliament buildings, through Diplomatic Enclave and Connaught Place, main commercial centre ofDelhi. Overnight.
DAY 03 DELHI I AGRA
Morning drive to Agra (204 kms, 04 hrs drive). Assistance upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Agra • Once a capital of the Mughals, today it is famous for its world famous "dream in marble" - the Taj Mahal. Built by Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his favorite Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains is a monument to love. Visit the Agra Fort, build over the Mughal period (each emperor adding to it), see various palaces and the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Overnight.

DAY 04 AGRAI JAIPUR
Morning drive to Jaipur (260 kms, 06 hrs drive). Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri - About 40 kms from Agra, it was built by Emperor Akbar and abandoned within 12 years due to scarcity of water. See the graceful buildings within the city including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other Palaces. Assistance upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 05 JAIPUR
Morning sightseeing tour of Amber Fort - Situated about 11 kms from Jaipur, it was the ancient capital of the State until 1728. Ascend the hill on elephant back on which the fort is situated (If elephants are not available then jeeps will be provided as alternate). Visit the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of mirrors), Jai Mahal and other palaces within the fort. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Jaipur which is also known as the Pink City, it was built with Hindu rules of town planning. Pink being the traditional colour of welcome, the city was steeped in it in 1853 in honour of Prince Albert's visit and the colour is still used.

The important sights include a visit to the City Palace, part of it is the residence of the Maharaja of Jaipur and part of it is converted into a museum. The museum has an excellent collection of miniature paintings, manuscripts etc; its Textile & Costume and armoury section are also worth a look. Nearby is the Observatory, Jantar Mantar, built by Raja Jai Singh in mid 18th century with various Instruments for specific functions and accurate readings. Drive through the "Pink City" and past the Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, a five storey building, famous for its elaborate facade with about 1000 windows to enable the ladies of the court to view the passing processions. Overnight.

DAY 06 JAIPURI PUSHKAR
Morning drive to Pushkar (150 kms, 03 hrs drive). Assistance upon arrival and check-in at the hotel. Overnight.

DAY 07 PUSHKAR
Day at leisure. Overnight.

DAY 08 PUSHKAR I JAIPURI JODHPUR

Afternoon sightseeing tour of Jodhpur - Once the capital of Marwar, Jodhpur sprawls around the impressive Mehrangarh Fort situated on a low sandstone hill. The sightseeing includes the Mehrangarh Fort, which has some beautiful palaces and a museum with a collection of fascinating palanquins, baby cribs for the royal family, weapons and a magnificently embroidered royal tent; and Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memorial built in 1899 and the museum at the Umaid Bhawan Palace with a collection of miniatures, armour, old clocks etc. Overnight.

DAY 09 JODHPUR
Morning sightseeing tourof Jodhpur Mandore· 8 kms from Jodhpur, the old 14th century capital of Marwar IS set over a plateau overthe Mandore Gardens. These gardens are set around the former cremation ground of the Rathore rulers Overnight.

DAY 10 JODHPUR-UDAIPUR
Transfer to airport to connect the flight to Udaipur.

Afternoon sightseeing tour of Udaipur· In contrast to some of its deser neighbours, it is an oasis with lakes which dominate the city, hence, also called city of lakes. The City Palace stands on the lov ridge overlooking the Lake Pichola Part of the Palace is still the home for the royal family and a part of it is a museum exhibitin~ palanquins, photographs etc. Wander through a number of palace enclosures some of which are beautifully decorated and will picturesque views across the lake. Other places of interest include Sahelion-ki-Bari or Garden of Maids of Honour which as thl name suggest is an ornamental pleasure garden with pools, fountains, water channels etc; and the Jagdish Temple built in 1711 century. Overnight.

DAY 11 UDAIPUR
Morning sightseeing tour Udaipur Eklingji & Nagda - About 20 kms from Udaipur is the temple of Eklingji, dedicated to Lon Siva, the family deity of the Maharanas of Mewar. It dates back to 8th century, has silver door, screen and a silver Nandi (bull facing the black marble Siva. A kilometer further is the ruins of Nagda Jain temples. The complex though comparatively sma lie has some intricate carvings and beautiful carvings on the pillars, ceilings and the walls depicting stories from the mythologies ( Mahabharatand Ramayana. Overnight.

DAY 12 UDAIPUR/DELHI
Transfer to airport to connect the flight to Delhi.
